Each Nereide piece is produced after your order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction and create in a more thoughtful, sustainable way.

Shipping

We work with production partners in different parts of the world. Whenever possible, your order is made and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address, helping reduce shipping distances and delivery times.

Once your order is produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

RETURNS

Returns

Because our pieces are made after order — and in many cases created in your personal best colors — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal color preferences.

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
